* One set of bed linen and towels (for use in the villa and at the pool) per guest
is provided in the villa and is included in the rental fee
* A gardener and a pool man are on weekly basis taking care of the grounds and
the pool and this is included in the rental fee
* The villa contains private parking for upto two cars
* Pets are not permitted
* Smoking is not permitted inside the villa at all times
* The fireplace is not permitted to be used
* Within a few days after booking you will receive a rental contract by mail
which has to be returned with your signature within one week
* A rental deposit of EUR 1.000,- per booked week is to be paid within 1 week of
your booking
* The rest of the rental fee + the refundable breakages deposit + cleaning fee
of EUR 150,- + EUR 10,- per person is to be paid within six weeks before your
arrival by bank transfer
* Cancellation: If you cancel your booking upto 6 weeks before your arrival the
paid rental deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation shorter than
6 weeks before your arrival the weekly rate paid will not be refunded - in this
case the refundable breakages deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded
* A refundable breakages deposit of EUR 1.000 is required to be
used for satisfactory property inspection, and will be refunded within one
week of your departure
* If you require extra service such as cleaning during your stay or fresh linnen
and towels this can be provided at additional cost
* Electricity and water is included in the rental fee
* Change over day is a Saturday - min. stay is one week
